Sunday cook up - Orange buckwheat pancakes

1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
zest of an orange
300ml liquid - squeeze the juice from 1/2 an orange, (this is Master B's favourite bit - see link here )  & add milk to make up the rest of the 300ml
1 egg
1/2 orange diced
cinnamon  - to taste - we add a good 6 shakes or so...
olive oil - a little to cook the pancakes in

To serve:
Fruit salad- today we used orange, banana, grapes and blueberries
A drizzle of warm honey - we used about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon on each plate which was enough!
More cinnamon
Almonds (for big people)

Mix up all ingredients in a big mixing bowl
Ladel/scoop into a medium warm pan with a touch of olive oil
Move it around the pan - wait a few mins - flip - ready to serve when golden on each side.

Kids love mixing in all the ingredients, and adding fruit to the plates... "plating up"!
