Sunday cook-up - Summer ice cream!

No measurements in this recipe today ... just a random, carefree, 'lucky' combination of:
- (mainly) banana
- a decent dollop of natural yoghurt
- a good shake of cinnamon
- a touch of milk
- a spot of vanilla ice-cream

... all blended up and popped into the freezer in little ice cream molds.

First ice-cream ever ... a real winner on a 40+ 'C day!!

Of course, the easiest fruity ice cream is simply a whole ripe banana in the freezer, but this was delicious!
